About MCD
Mindful Compassionate Dialogue (MCD) was developed by Elia Paz and has been offered to the public through Wise Heart where it has been contributing to the growth and transformation of thousands of participants for over 20 years.
MCD Teams was created by Ceferino Cenizo in collaboration with Elia Paz, to provide teams and organisations with a clear and practical framework for integrating MCD into their workplace. MCD Teams equip team members with self-awareness, emotional intelligence and resilience, and empowers them with the skills needed for thriving relationships.

I am passionate about cultivating resilient and thriving relationships, networks and communities as a means for personal and collective transformation.
If we are to create and transition to a regenerative world and reality, our relationships need to not only reflect that but serve as catalyst and containers through which lasting change and transformation can occur.
As a coach, facilitator and mediator, I partner with individuals, partnerships and teams on their path towards new ways of relating, collaborating and being.
I am dedicated to bringing awareness to and transitioning from systems and assumptions of separation consciousness to realising our interconnected, interdependent and interrelated nature and reality for the benefit and thriving of all.
